Edith Elizabeth Burrell Ballard, 79, of 414 Pennsylvania Avenue, widow of Grady L. Ballard, died February 9, 2010 at her home.
A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late Huey and Daisey Duncan Burrell, she was a homemaker and attended Glad Tidings Tabernacle.
Surviving are a daughter, Wanda Littlefield of Greer; a son, Samuel Ballard of Lyman; and one grandson, Matthew Littlefield.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Bobby Bowers. Burial will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 6:30-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary.
