Jerry F. Brown, 66, of 51 Old Woodruff Road, died June 12, 2009 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late George Gibson and Frances Queen Brown, he was a retired employee of Highland Rides, and a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Surviving are three sons, Richard Wayne Brown of Lyman, Randall J. Brown of Duncan and Mark G. Brown of Greer; a brother, Joel Brown of Moore; two step brothers Michael and Alvin Turner, a step sister Kathy Solesbee, a sister, Peggy Kennedy of Spartanburg and two grandchildren, Jordan Brown and Marcus Brown.
A memorial service and visitation will be held 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, June 19, 2009 at his residence.
